 Rookie Petroleum Service Technicians (North Carolina – South Carolina – Georgia – Alabama – Florida – Mississippi – Virginia)

 Job Description:

SPATCO Energy Solutions is a liquid handling system and equipment provider to our customers. We bring system analysis, cost savings and improved operational efficiencies. We’re looking for strong achievers with a desire to put their talents to work in a team-oriented environment and share our commitment to attaining our goals and providing the highest level of service to our growing base of customers.

There is an extremely high demand for quality technicians to service the petroleum equipment located at more than 160,000 convenient stores and commercial fueling facilities. This high demand creates a shortage of experienced personnel and a demand in the workforce. In 2012, SPATCO decided the only way to meet their demand was to hire smart, hardworking individuals with mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. With a dedicated trainer and training center located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina they could train these individuals in all aspects of the Petroleum industry.

The selected individuals could make a good living during training and acquire the skills necessary for a high paying career. SPATCO pays competitive salaries during training with structured increases as training is completed and skills are gained. SPATCO put together a curriculum that would allow an individual to gain the skills required in just four months that in the past would take more than three years on the job.

Compensation: During the training, trainees are paid a starting hourly rate of $13/hr, with another $1/hr after completion of training, an additional $1/hr when added to on-call rotation, and then another $1/hr upon one year of employment with the company.

 DEF Sales Account Representative (**This position can sit anywhere in the United States by a Major Airport**)

In late 2007, SPATCO Energy Solutions began engineering and producing a line of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dispensing and storage systems that addressed the EPA’s mandates to reduce NOx emissions. Today, SPATCO DEF is recognized as the leading manufacturer of DEF dispensing equipment and storage solutions, and we have partnered with leading DEF fluid suppliers across the country. The DEF Sales Account Representative is responsible for managing, prospecting, qualifying and generating sales through direct sales and through our DEF distribution network nationwide. This individual will be responsible to train, evaluate, and assist in closing sales with existing distributors. This individual will be required to research and identify weak distribution areas and source new prospects for distributing. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with a dynamic personality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
* 3+ Years sales experience
* Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Detail oriented and organized
* A proven track record of strong client relationships
* Aggressive, competitive and committed
* Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
* Effective time management skills
* Excellent client service skills
* Willingness to travel as much as 50%
* Prior Management of a distribution network

Technical Experience

* Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
* SAP experience a plus not required
* Prior experience with tanks, pumping, & dispensing equipment

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for supervising DEF distribution sales and direct sales nationwide. This position is responsible for developing and implementing Sales and Business Plans for the Distribution network for the DEF Division.
* In conjunction with the Director of DEF and Executive Staff this position will help to establish territory account plans (TAP) and budgets for each territory to realize full market potential within each territory. This position will also oversee the implementation of these plans with each distributor. This would include but not be limited to weekly sales reports (WSR), pre-call planning and post call evaluation and tracking sales funnel activity.
* Provides leadership, supervision and training of distribution network.
* Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Spatco will speak to those needs.
* Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
* Work with the DEF Director, Distribution Network, Production Manager, and Executive team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
* Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are documented and information is accurate.
* Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
* Work with R&D team to offer evaluations of products and product improvement suggestions.
